We repeat what we don't repair

 

We need to learn the lessons from every situation good or bad, until we don't learn we are stuck in the repeated patterns... life after life.....in many lives we come across similar circumstances.

We live in the energy, we are the energy, patterns are the various formations of energy. It can be dense, it can be thin. The dense gets heavy the thin gets light.

The dense gets inert जड़, स्थिर। The light patterns are active and give us space to be flexible, acceptance and adaptable.

To break the dense patterns the Truth works like a laser beam so....
