जिम्मेदार कौन?

हर 46सेकंड में एक युवा, 15 से 29 साल के बीच, आत्महत्या कर रहे हैं ऐसा सुना। 15 से 29 साल का मतलब 1991 से 2005 के बीच पैदा हुए बच्चो में ये रोग (मै इसे रोग ही कहूंगी)अधिक देखने में आ रहा है। 

हम इसमें किसको जिम्मेदार ठहराए? हम इसके उपाय कंहा ढूंढे? हमने कान्हा गलती कर दी कि युवा संसार में बहुत ऊंचाइयों पर पहुंचकर भी अपने अंतर को नहीं संभाल पा रहे है और अपना संतुलन खो बैठते हैं।
कन्ही प्री स्कूल शिक्षण पद्धतियां तो इसकी जिम्मेदार नहीं।
मै १९८४ से बच्चो कि शिक्षा से जुड़ी हुई हूं और स्वयं के बचपन के अनुभव को भी जोड़ लू तो लगभग साठ सालों से बच्चो के साथ जुड़ी हुए हूं।
१९९२ -९३ तक प्री स्कूल्स में बहुत सहज सरल पढ़ाई होती थी। उसके बाद शिक्षण पद्धतियों में जो इनोवेशन और परीक्षण होने लगे वो आज तक नहीं रुके। सहज शिक्षा को क्लिष्ट बनाते गए। जिसे शिक्षण में विज्ञान को जोड़ना कह सकते है।
जो समय बच्चे के अंतर मन को सींचने का था उसे हमने बाहरिय दुनिया के साथ अंत क्रिया करने में लगा दिया। यानि कि हमने पोधे की शाखाओं को बढ़ाने में ध्यान दिया उसकी जड़ों को सींचना भूल गए। ज्ञानेंद्रियों के विकास पर ज्यादा ध्यान दिया गया। संज्ञानात्मक विकास की बात की गई परन्तु वह मस्तिषक विकास तक ही सीमित रह जाता है , कुशल शिक्षकों के अभाव में।
अभी भी तीन एच की ही बात हो रही है। हेड, हैंड और हार्ट।
हम ज्ञानेंद्रियों को मस्तिषक तक ही जोड़ते है उनकी संवेदनाओं को मन, विवेक व आत्मा तक पहुंचाने का कार्य नहीं करते।
मन, विवेक और आत्मा आंतरिक संसार का निर्माण करती है। उन्हें संवारने के लिए कोई उचित मात्रा में कार्य नहीं किया गया।
प्रार्थना, भजन, देश भक्ति गीत, आत्मभिव्यक्ती गीत, सुविचार इत्यादि को की में, विवेक और आत्मा को पोषित करते है। जो आत्मा की शक्ति, ऊर्जा को गहराई तक जाकर बढ़ाते है। उन्हें कभी जगह नहीं रह गई। प्रार्थना सभा की जगह सर्किल टाइम ने ले ली जिसमें कुछ उथले से क्रिया कलाप कराए जाते हैं।
बहुत से स्कूलों में तो सप्ताह में एक बार ही प्रार्थना सभा होती है।वो भी अंग्रेजी मे।
न्यूटन ने सेब गिरते देखा, देखा आंखों से ही था परन्तु नीचे ही क्यों गिरा की समझ अंदर से ही मिली थी। जो देखा गया वो सिर्फ मस्तिषक तक ही नहीं गया वोआत्मा तक पहुंचा। आत्मा ने विवेक/बुद्धि को निर्देश दिया, बुद्धि ने मन को, मन ने कर्मेंद्रियो को फिर गुरुत्वाकर्षण का सिद्धांत निकल कर आया। फिर तो किसी भी संवेदना को आत्मा तक पहुंचाने के न्यूरल पाथवेज विकसित किए जाने चाहिए
ज्ञानेन्द्रिया पांच, मन दो, बुद्धि/विवेक एक और आत्मा शून्य होती है। परन्तु ज्ञानेन्द्रियो से बड़ा मन, मन से बड़ी बुद्धि और बुद्धि से बड़ी आत्मा होती है।

हम बच्चो की सबसे बड़ी शक्ति को पोषित करने केलिए सबसे कम समय देते है। कंही कनहि तो भगवान भरोसे है छोड़ देते है। बच्चो को सिर्फ बाहृय संसार से अंत क्रिया करना सिखाते रहते है। स्वयं में विश्वास करने के लिए उसके पास कुछ रह ही नहीं जाता।
बच्चे को जीवन के कठिन रास्तों पर चलने के लिए साहस आत्मा की शक्ति, विवेक की शक्ति, मन की शक्ति से आता है।
आओ कुछ विचार करे?
बालक ध्रुव और प्रहलाद ने बचपन में ही आत्मा को पोषित कर परमात्मा की शक्तियों को प्राप्त कर लिया था। उन्हें संसार भी मिला और परमात्मा भी। आज के बच्चे संसार पाकर भी उसे संभाल नहीं पाते है। आंतरिक शक्ति की कमी के कारण।
आने वाली पीढियों को बचाएं, कुछ करे, क्या करें?
मेरी ये आवाज मुझसे बाहर कितनी दूर जाएगी नहीं जानती परन्तु ईश्वर के बच्चों के लिए आवाज उठाने का सुकून लेकर अवश्य जी सकूंगी।

Children need gentleness

My dear teachers and parents,

Domestic violence is in the News headlines. How adversely it would affect our children the future of our country, we can't even assume. 

To fight against Corona virus we are compelled to be in house. Corona warriors will win over that is for sure. But who would fight against the consequences of this domestic violence, which would explode in later years. The family, society, country and the globe is at stake.

Violence is the result of anger, jealous, malice and pride. These are the results of expectations, desires and doer ship (मै ही सब कुछ करता / करती हूं).

There is a need to change the vision from human being to divine being. Sanitize the mind with divine thoughts to anchor in your soul to attain the power of truth that will tremendously make you active without any animosity.

Everything around will be transformed into JOY of living.

Give up the lower tendencies, as they are not going to make you happy. Performing in joy is our natural nature; make the mind free by accepting the situations as they are.

Your universe is your family. Since everything in the universe is running on the mutual understanding, let the small universe of yours work with mutual understanding too.

Accept! Accept! Accept! the situation there is no other way than acceptance. Although fire always has some smoke so defects are always accepted.

Accept the divinity. Your children are not your children they are the sons and daughters of God and so you are!

In which position you want to see your children when they will grow up? In the position of Corona Warriors or the ones who are undisciplined and throwing stones at the warriors. Choice is yours.

 Heed your attention!

Do you know your children need your gentleness?

Why do you forget that children are the product of love? They know the language of love only.

Children don’t have any power to change their circumstances. They curl up in themselves and listen to the other hammering sounds. They try to make themselves strong enough to face the situation instead of becoming strong they become stern. Connect with one another in the family at the deep inner level where the pain no longer existed. Purity of the heart is an essential quality of a Preschool teacher and parents. Purity of heart is not finally about exerting enough will power to be able to have the right attitude.

It is about recognising that none of this world has anything to do with us and that it will never be permanent but will always be changing and that there is a permanent place else where  we can live. It’s only the impurity of heart and mind that makes us think, that I am right and other person need to be taught.

The way the Mother Nature loves everyone equally. Welcome everyone equally.

In the turbulent times when the spouse is not responding you need to just ‘love’ here no sentiments or emotions required just a blissful love. Love with sentiments and emotions will not be able to help any of you.

You need to attune with the love which resides in the deepest divine nature of yours. When you get attune with the divine nature of yours that will empower you to see the divinity in family members.

Never doubt about yours and family members’ connection with the nature both are natural. Set the chords in the nature. When we play a guitar we just hold the instrument and set and touch the chords the sound comes from? Our chords are invisible we need to know how to hold the instrument.

Love is the only way to attune with the invisible chords and through love you can connect with the any one easily.

Voice that we hear stays with us and shapes who and what we evolve into.  Make sure those voices don’t introduce stress, anguish and low self worth in anyone’s psyche.
