Children too build up tension just as adults.

Release of tension and excessive energy in children helps in development process of them.
Children build up tensions just as adults do, but they tend to reduce them naturally through movement and play. Frequently children are required to be still beyond their capacity to endure. When this happens both tension and excess energy increases and leads to restlessness and lack of atte which may lead to unnecessary strain between adult and child.
It is more effective to deal directly with the cause (the need to move) than the ensuing behaviour. If we can allow them to wiggle, jiggle, stretch and move with vigor, we may find everyone in a more pleasant mood, including ourselves.

Education for Global development
Don’t just invest on child, also invest in the child, “Investment on” gives outer prosperity, “Investment in” ensures inner enfoldment and lasting prosperity. True education is “investment on” the child complimented with “investment in” the child.”
Swami Chinmayananda
In scheme of education prevailing today, we seem to be in a perpetual hurry to mass information and develop competencies needed for material success in life. We are hardly concerned with the identification and nurturing of the basic nature of the students.
This lacuna creates immediate problems as well as proves fatal for the individual and the society in the long run too.
We ignore the fact that life and education are synonyms. We continue giving education with a view to livelihood from the very beginning and no time is made available there for peaceful contemplation on the basic nature, which is one of the reasons of the undesirable behavior of the students, without which no education is ever complete
The nurturing of the basic nature is missing element in today’s education. We need to work on this issue from right now else we’ll have to face the consequences of our faults, like global warming, a global behavioral warming can also be foreseen which would badly affect all the fields of the life.
The internal world has the basic nature that is always moral based and consists of love peace and happiness. When it is brought to the focal centre by the use of will of self actualization it acquires a thousand fold the force it manifests under ordinary circumstances.
Activities gain potency from the power of soul that feeds them. By self actualization and thinking about it we end up amplifying it. It creates our feelings, beliefs and experiences.
If we live only in the external world, we’ll be drowning in the sea of negativity, internal world helps us to float on the ocean of the life smoothly.
The external world is only a reflection of our inner world. Our thoughts and feelings dictate the way we perceive and experience life. People and environment only respond and correspond to the kind of vibrations, a teacher generate students’ behavior correspond to them. At times teachers make students suffer as per their mood swings.
Controlling the mind is as impossible as harnessing the whirlwind but it is possible by living in the basic nature of the soul. It helps us to transform our inner and outer world and fill it with contentment and peace.
Mahavira revealed the truth 2000 years ago that the violence is first born inside us and only later on manifests externally. The external world is manifest; the inner one is non manifest. The world of our mind is manifest. Most things first happen in the inner world and then manifest themselves out worldly. One who has tried to understand the theatre of the inner happening, knows what is happening and where. What matter ultimately bringing about transformation?
The teacher need to be calm and compassionate while dealing with the children , so they can surrender themselves to the teacher, take her messages and follow her instructions and keep their actions in control.
In Angulimala’s story  nobody had ever spoken to him in such a calm and compassionate manner like Buddha. The tale of Angulimal reveals many truths-
1 Message of compassion and empathy (the ability to imagine how another person is feeling and so understand his mood)
2           Transformation of personality.
3           Acceptance
4           Patience
This tale is eternally relevant  in showing  us that when a hardcore criminal can turn into a socially responsible and caring individual why can’t the behavioural problems of the students can be changed if they are approached with understanding and empathy.
Every teacher can reach close to the Buddha hood if she nurtures the basic nature of hers and many of the children would get the right path from the very beginning.
The teacher’s love, refuge to the body, mind and soul of the student, make them feel comfortable, protected, good, proud and confident.
The world is but one family. The holistic development of one’s family is the responsibility of its each member. Development is an ongoing process of evolution. Every bit is in a process of change-innovation, invention, discovery or exploration, all of these lead to growth.
Change is inevitable in every aspect of life and equally takes place in the field of education. What needs to be educated or nurtured in every being globally is just the one which does not change, remains the same at every place and moment, further helps people to face the results of the change, it is just boosting ethics in process of education to boost hope and humanity. Education without ethics does not infuse hope in students for a brighter future
Ethics need not be a huge education project, small well intended acts, well meant good gestures can go a long way to make a big difference.
Ethics depicts simple behaviour patterns, telling the truth, being punctual and disciplined Education with applied ethics can address problems of growing hopelessness, weak morals, lack of empathy and low will power amongst students. The will power and courage with which we control and manage our thoughts, feelings, impulses and which helps us continue with difficult tasks- is actually rooted into a kind of moral ethical muscle lying within
Ethics is a universal; it has validity beyond the confines of cultural imprinting and economic political, social, ideological historical rhetoric.
With ethics in harmony, the individual no longer refer to any external authority for instructions as to how to behave towards others.  It leaves the myth away that fixing out problems outside would solve them.
Introducing ethics and morals in education would  raise hope for a humanistic life , remove exclusionary symptoms , empower people with cultural dignity and make society obliged to acknowledge, respect , protect and promote truth of life,
The introduction of formal profusion of ethics education is the required first step and it must be supplemented by positive action of people, especially of teachers.
Education is incomplete until students develop commitment to ethical way of life and sense of duty towards disciplined and responsible behaviour.
We need ethics and value based education to reach the point where most individuals would reclaim their ethical power, rediscover their own soul, restore hope for better future for everyone and free themselves from external controls.
Difference between ethics and morals
Morals are the principles on which one's judgement of right and wrong are based. Ethics are principles of right conduct. So the two nouns are closely related and are often interchangeable.
Applied ethics
Old things tend to lose their relevance, old computers, machines, and clothes, for instance, so do the values. Many old values are not practical in today’s context. The world needs periodically to discard old values and get new, relevant ones. To place this in perspective, we need to adopt ‘PRASANG’ the concept i.e. to be positive, responsible, ambitious, supportive, abreast, noble and generous.  It is the need of the hour. It’s just like an eternal law of life which is not depend on time and space. Humanity needs this concept. It’s a manual for life, which help us to be joyous. This is true for all people at all times.
The present generation requires the awakeners in their lives who can ignite their curiosity to observe and seek knowledge which is not lying all around. Knowledge cannot be imparted it’s the matter of acquiring. Put the spark to ignite the curiosity, rest will take place on its own.
