The teacher teaches in class with some general and specific objectives in her mind, but she does not always get what she what she wants. Some students please her with their performance but some dissatisfy her.
Still she should not give up, she should keep trying which approach would be the right one?
She should recommend to put in her best efforts to gain her objectives. But make sure to enjoy the efforts rather than its fruits. There are many teachers who make the efforts grumbling and are happy only when their syllabus is completed. Many of them exhaust themselves to such a degree that they have no strength or enthusiasm left to complete the tasks..
The teacher need to enthusiastically put in efforts to reach the goals.
The teacher should derive derive her happiness not from the achieving goals but from the struggle, she wages as a part of her attempts at teaching it.
